What is your minimum order?
It depends on the model and the branding you need. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and your market, and we will reply with what we can do for that quantity.
Can I put different models in one container?
Tell us the models you need. We confirm the loading plan together with your quotation.
How long does a sample take?
10 days.
What is your production lead time?
45 days for a first order and 35 days for a repeat order.
Can you print our logo on the product?
Yes. We print logos in-house with pad printing and hot stamping.
Can you change the colour?
Yes. We change the body colour on our existing models to match your brand.
Can you make our own packaging?
Yes. We produce the colour box with your artwork.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory in Mudu, Suzhou. We have assembled our appliances in-house since 2020, and our mold and injection departments make the housings and parts.
What is the difference between the GT6, GT8, GT9 and GT3?
GT6 is the flagship with the largest clean water tank. GT8 gives you 20 body designs on one platform. GT9 adds an LED display and 180° lie-flat. GT3 is the entry model with a brushed motor and the longest runtime.
Do the 20 GT8 models have different specs?
No. They share the same core specifications. Each model has its own body design.
What battery do your floor washers use?
GT6, GT8 and GT9 run on a 25.9V system with a 2,600 mAh battery. GT3 runs on 22.2V with a 2,600 mAh battery.
Do you have products for 110-120V markets?
Yes. The VC03 corded stick vacuum has a 110-120V version. Our M81 and M82 spot cleaners are 220-240V only. For cordless models, tell us your market and we confirm the charger for it.
How do I get a quotation?

Which markets do you supply?
Our target markets are Europe (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), the Middle East, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. In the US we only work with Amazon and DTC brands.

Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Our factory is at No. 1477 Zangzhong Road, Mudu Town, Suzhou. Contact us to arrange a visit.
Is a floor washer the same as a wet dry vacuum?
Yes, in most markets the names mean the same product: a cordless machine that vacuums and washes hard floors in one pass, with one tank for clean water and one for dirty water. Buyers also call it a wet and dry floor cleaner, hard floor cleaner or vacuum mop.
What is your production capacity?
About 100,000 units a month on 4 assembly lines, in a 5,000+ m² factory and warehouse.
Do you have your own test lab?
Yes. We run 2 test labs with 20 sets of test equipment, including air performance, drop, wall collision, button life, cord bending, salt spray, temperature and humidity, and charge-discharge aging tests.
Do you make corded vacuums?
Yes. The VC03 is a corded stick vacuum with a 500 W motor, a 0.8 L dust cup and a 5 m cord. It weighs 1.7 kg and comes in 220-240V and 110-120V versions.
What do High and Low gear mean in your specs?
Every floor washer and stick vacuum has two speed settings. We list suction, noise and runtime for each one, for example 12 kPa and 35 minutes on High, 9 kPa and 45 minutes on Low for the GT8 series.
