How we make floor washers

Assembly, quality control and testing under one roof in Mudu, Suzhou, China. In-house assembly since 2020.

Assembly

We run 4 assembly lines with a capacity of about 100,000 units a month. They build cordless floor washers, stick vacuums and spot cleaners. Parts arrive at the line after IQC, operators assemble and test each unit in sequence, and finished units are packed in your colour box at the end of the line.

Units are aged, tested, weighed and scanned on the line before packing.

Other test equipment

RoHS inspection: Checks materials for restricted substances.
Key life testing: Presses buttons and switches over and over to check durability.
Battery capacity grading: Measures battery cells and groups them by capacity.
Thermal shock: Moves parts between hot and cold to find cracks and failures.
Cable bending: Bends cords repeatedly to check the wire and strain relief.
Plug and socket life: Repeats plug-in cycles on connectors.
Carton burst and compression: Checks that the shipping carton survives stacking in a container.
Ball drop impact: Drops a steel ball on housings to check impact strength.
Salt spray: Checks metal parts for corrosion.
Integrating sphere: Measures the light output of lamps and LEDs.
Coordinate measuring machine: Measures part dimensions against the drawing.

Housings and parts made in-house

Our mold department, running since 2008, and our injection department (60T to 1,000T, ABS, PC and PP) make the housings for our own appliances. So we can change colours and appearance for your brand quickly, and we check every part ourselves.

Logos are printed in-house by pad printing and hot stamping.
