Floor Washer OEM Guide: Choose the Platform, Then Add Your Brand
Short answer: Floor washer OEM with us takes two steps. First choose a platform: on each of our four series the motor, suction, tanks and roller care are already fixed. Then add your logo, body colour and colour box. A branded sample takes 10 days, and a first order takes 45 days of production.
A floor washer OEM project starts with a choice of platform, not with drawings. The platform decides the specs on your box: motor, suction, runtime, tanks and how the roller is cleaned. Your brand goes on top of it: logo, body colour and colour box. This guide goes through both steps with the numbers from our four series.
Step 1: choose the platform
Each of our series is one platform. Models in one series share the same core specs and differ in body design. In total we make 36 floor washer designs on 4 platforms.

Water path and tanks
All our floor washers work the same way. Clean water from one tank wets a rotating roller brush, and the dirty water and debris are sucked into a second tank. The tank sizes decide how much floor a shopper cleans before a refill.
- GT6: the largest clean water tank we make, 850 ml, so it needs fewer refills.
- GT3: a 500 ml dirty tank with solid-liquid separation. Solid debris is kept apart from the dirty water, which makes emptying easier.
- GT8 and GT9 series: 485 ml and 500 ml clean tanks, with the GT8 at 3 kg the lightest machine of the four.
Roller care and drying
A wet roller that is not cleaned starts to smell, and smell is a common complaint in reviews. Check how each platform looks after its roller:

On the GT9, air drying after the self-cleaning cycle helps prevent mildew and odour in the roller. On any sample, leave the machine on its dock overnight after use and check the roller and the dirty tank the next day. Our sample checklist has this check and eleven more.

For an Amazon or DTC listing, these are the features that show in photos and video. A private label retailer can match series to price tiers: GT3 for entry, GT8 or GT9 for the middle and GT6 for the top.
Step 2: add your brand

Two buyers of the GT8 series can sell two different bodies out of 20, with the same specs inside. A colour on a screen can look different on plastic, so a Pantone number or a physical sample gives a closer match.
What stays fixed
The motor, the 2,600 mAh battery, the tanks, the specs on the product page, the package size and the container plan stay as they are. These models are already in production, so your branded sample is quick and the numbers on your box and listing match the product.

The sample you approve is the reference for your mass production order. IQC checks incoming parts, IPQC inspects on the line and OQC checks finished goods. Every unit is aged in our 230 m² aging room before packing.
What to send for a quote
- The series or model, and the body design if you have chosen one.
- The quantity, in units or containers.
- Your target market, so we can confirm the charger and plug.
- Your logo file, body colour and box artwork, or the text the box needs.
- The date you need the goods in your warehouse.
